Today it has become extremely difficult, especially in our sector, to find people with the skills to enter the workforce. Just talking about weaving sector key professional roles are missing, such as assistants, weavers, knotters, mechanics and many ohters, in short all those roles that were once abundant. This lack is common to all companies in the textile industry, from those who produce the thread to those who dye the fabric, but also those who manufacture and install the machinery. For these reasons Brunello, together with a large group of textile companies, with the support of ASLAM Formazione that designs and delivers professional courses, decided to organize a professional course aimed at educating high school graduates under the age of 25.

Brunello will undertake to hire two apprenticeships who, following interviews, will be selected to participate in this school-work alternation program. The program will lasts 1.000 hours and will begin next October. The course will start when the minimum number of 15 enrolles is reached, for this reason we kindly ask you to spread the news!
